BRIEF:

We were approached by a large independent property developer. To provide foundations for a exectutive designer detached house and garage. Set in an idyllic woodland setting.

SOLUTION:

(House)

Due the large amount of established trees many with TPO's we provided a piled foundation along with anti-heave solution to satisfy local authority & NHBC.

(Garage)

We provided a piled raft foundation again with anti-heave precautions.

​
